ABOUT THE FOUNDER

Hogan Design, a full service graphic design firm, was founded in 1989 in Grapevine, Texas by Rick L. Hogan. A native Texan, Mr. Hogan was an artist from an early age. Enrolled at Texas Tech University, he learned the art of graphic design from notable professor and award winning package designer, Frank Cheatham among others. After Graduating from Texas Tech in 1982 with a Bachelors Degree in Fine Art, majoring in Design Communication, he came to Dallas by way of Denver. A short stint as a freelancer with the Dallas Times Herald led to a five year job as Senior Designer at a small but prestigious design firm on McKinney Avenue in Dallas.

In 1989 the opportunity to start his own business propelled Mr. Hogan into entrepreneurship and a successful career as a business owner/creative director and graphic artist. Since then he has designed thousands of successful projects and won awards and recognition globally. But in his words "Awards are appreciated, but they mean little compared to the satisfaction of solving the clients design problems in the best way possible. My greatest reward is knowing that I was able to help my clients succeed by creating great design that improves their businesses." With clients all over the United States and several foreign countries and decades of outstanding service as a designer, Mr. Hogan has the experience and talent to help your company succeed by offering quality graphic services at a reasonable price.
